System Description

A small ice cream store sells ice cream cones. Customers arrive and wait in line to be served by one of two

attendants. These attendants take the ice cream order and give the cone$($s$)$ back to the customer who then

moves to the cashier to pay. After paying, the customers will leave the store. In building a simulation model, it

is often important to flowchart out the processes. Figure $1$ shows the four processes of the ice cream store.
