You may write about when you were an official leader, part of a team, leader in a family, volunteer, student etc. 1. set the stage - provide the context by briefly describing the situation - what was going on? Who were the people? What was the challenge? And how did you feel at the start? 2. Describe what happened? Be specific. What did you do? 3.
