Organize the content of the business letter similar to the following: Insert the current date at the top of the letter 1" paragraph - introduce yourself to the recipient, and invite the patient to the TST workshop at your clinic location - 2" paragraph - give information regarding the TST workshop, including the clinic name, address, and workshop date and time - 3" paragraph - thank the recipient for their time, and to look forward to their attendance at the event, and ask them to RSVP Insert your name, id#, title in the signature lines as well as the footer Begin the mail merge process and follow the 5 steps you learned in class. Save the merged letter as TSTLetter-Merged_YourName Save the changes and close your work. Open a blank document and begin the mail merge envelope process.
