Idea Title: Knock-Knock feature

Idea Description::

Knock-Knock feature

Sound has always been our way to seek attention from someone with whom we worked at the office cubicles, we would be like "Hey, could you take a look at this for a moment","Could you help me on this thing?" etc., which served to be an effective collaboration. Hence my alternative for the same in remote culture is to have an instant audio playing bubble at a corner of the screen which could play a short recorded audio from a sender when we hover on it, so that we get to know the context quicker and in a human centric way. This could be a pluggable app on MS Teams which seems to be an excellent combo to me.

Nowadays emails have become more of a documentation and acknowledgement receipts in my perspective as we moved on to instant messaging apps. Be it to get an acknowlegdgement from a client on a certain task, or sending that MOM right after the meeting, or even seeking approvals, all have it's own templates which we actually type out currently. Hence, if the feature is available to structure the content with a custom or standard template right away, it improves productivity to a greater extent.
