2. Suppose that you are hired by a IT consulting start-up, as a strategy consultant, which is doing very well in Germany. This company wants to start a branch in Italy. Make a strategic roadmap for this company to help them open this new branch. Use the skills and concepts learnt in the class to answer this question.
