Masks Distribution.

1. Statement of Work

Distribution of face masks is a critical requirement that takes an average of 4 days to execute,7 days in maximum. This process will be divided into two phases: the first phase will involve the preparation of warehouses that meet the Ministry of Health's requirements for storing face masks, and the second phase will involve the process of distributing these masks to people in a smooth and safe manner that does not impair the campus's operation, in accordance with the Ministry of Education's guidelines. By establishing fixed distribution stations for face masks.

1. Why should this work be outsourced?

Despite its importance, this procedure requires a significant amount of time and effort, which the project team will need to complete other requirements. Furthermore, the group team lacks the manpower necessary to execute it properly.

1. Who is involved from the project team?

Ayesha Sultana, our project manager, will be responsible for overseeing this requirement's work and meeting with the external supplier monthly to review the general status and provide reports.
