Template Instructions You may use this template to plan out your schedule for the next four weeks. There is a tab for breaking down your schedule into 15-minute increments. There is an additional tab for the conerete action items that you will take to incorporate school into your life. Be sure to include details regarding both schoolwork and other activities (e.g. work, family, events, social outings, etc.) This will help to ensure you have enough time for everything. If you already keep a detailed schedule (that includes both school and non-school tasks) you may submit that, rather than complete this template. However, renember to inclade a list of concrete action items in order to earn credit for that portion of the assignment
