Of this amount, $100,000 was for direct labor and the remainder was for indirect labor. d) Additional manufacturing overhead costs of $148,000 were incurred and paid. e) The company applies manufacturing overhead cost to production on the basis of $9 per hour. A total of 20,000 machine-hours were recorded for December. machine- f) All of the jobs in progress at the end of the month were completed and chipped to customers. Required: 1.
