Should small businesses be required to provide adaptive technology to all employees, regardless of cost$?$ Should they have to provide the technology the employee wants? Or can they choose other methods of addressing the issue of concern? What if the disability becomes so great that it causes the business financial hardship? Is the business then legally required to provide accommodation? What is the moral responsibility?
