The amount of R 2 5 0 DR EFT appeared on the bank statement but did not appear on the CRJ or CPJ . It

The amount of R250DR EFT appeared on the bank statement but did not appear on the CRJ or CPJ.It was outstanding. Also a deposit of R700 appeared on the credit side of bank statement but not in the CRJ. When we do reconciliations. 
Why is it that in the memo the crj and cpj have not been recomciled with these amounts?
