They also mentioned that Businesses are struggling to find new talent and they are trying to deal with the declining of the working age population so they are looking to automate jobs in the future. The lost of productivity during the pandemic is also another drive for businesses to focus on automated machine learning since people don't have to go to work, but let machines handle it.
