The Budda-Bing Manufacturing Company answer to Part A.b.
It says that the firm is able to pay its current liabilities using the current asset. Why is the answer is suggesting to reduce its liquidity risk or the chance of being insolvent. I thought being liquid is good for a company because they are able to pay short term debt from their current asset. Please explain
