The Company is an automatet parking garage company. The Company is transitioning from only selling to developing, producing, and marketing.The company has introduced a Condition Based Maintenance (CBM ) system. The CBM system is reading and visualizing the slider's vibration continuously. When the vibration readings are exceeding a specific limit, the CBM system compares these readings with other data to asses data anomalies

The failure events that are registered within the Company for the different fully automated parking garages are higher than the traditional parking. 385 failure events were registered within 2021. These events make approximately seven events a week on average.
