The discussions about women in management doesn't just happen in organizations! We receive and are influenced by our families, the communities in which we live and the world around us. Each year McKinsey & Company publishes a report which actively addresses discrimination against women in workplaces. I encourage you to explore McKinsey Report 2023to learn more about the findings. You may also be familiar with the Me Too Movement and the impact it has had in our society and workplaces.

What messages do you see in world around you? In this discussion, look for conversations about women in management that are present in your everyday life. This could be a website, newspaper article, magazine article, advertisement, video, etc. During the first week of this module, you should find your item and share it with the class in this discussion space. More specifically:
