The Future of Work:

Artificial intelligence (AI), big data, machine learning (ML), and cybersecurity are emerging technologies critical to the success of businesses. As part of the future workforce, it is important for today's project managers and other professionals to have at least a basic understanding and comfort with the terminology and non-technical aspects related to the application of these technologies.

AI and ML "bots" may be susceptible to traditional cybersecurity threats as well as being hacked to deliberately create malicious and/or misleading information/reports/decisions that could impair project progress. Additionally, there are potential bias and ethical challenges related to the implementation of AI-based tools in project management.

• Then, discuss several types of "threats" that could lead AI to provide misleading/incorrect information or decisions.
• Also, discuss the role/responsibility of the PM in preventing/detecting/mitigating these kinds of threats.
