The Getta Byte Software project is a mission that is formed with the main goal in mind is to havethe DeVry Community Center with a branch for the new accounting system should be automated, fast, and accurate. This will allow for more patients to have room to be called, more rooms for patients, keeping billing streamline, more staff to access patients, whether in the ER or inpatient/outpatient stay. As well as be an online system with easy data entry and provide updates to receivables and also save the company up to 25% in labor per month, this will assist with EHR being more proficient and accurate. The project will eliminate patients leavingwithout being seen, patient's not having to have a long wait to be treated, not enough staffto assist with check in, getting patients to sign documents, and patients waiting for the same doctor to be seen, With the new facility is will be large enough to where, if needed, patients can have their loved ones be with them, have an area for children, and a comfort zone, with TV, vendingmachines, water and coffee available. There will also be a station, where family members want to see their loved ones with staff on board all around the clock. The solution to this problem is to come up with an automated system that shall be very fast and produce accurate data. The system shall be based on the online operation, which will enhance an easy way of enteringthe data, conceive a dynamic update towards the receivables. The system shall have a goal of saving up to 100% of the total labor per month since human resources will operate all paperwork, software, and training for new staff. The extra cost saved by the company shall be usedelsewhere, which this will allow the ability of raising the total profits made by the company eachmonth. The project main focus is working with all the necessary stakeholders in order to eliminateor reduce the spread of risks in the company.
