The goal of the CIMS project is to share information across agencies. Is the

CIMS project still a good idea despite the challenges they are facing with

their current vendor? Should the police agencies involved continue to

spend resources to work toward this goal? Should the Waterloo RPS just

select the same solution as the other agencies, even if it means sticking

with the current vendor? Justify your answers to these questions.
