If you are not yet in a career, use this activity to help you determine what development area you would like to focus on to reach your career goal. If you are in a career, use this to focus on a skill or behavior to develop and enhance within your job.

1. Set a goals that are currently underway.
2. Can you please explain why you chose to implement this goal?
