The government offers the license to one company to build a Frequency Modulation (FM) broadcast station to the newly developed area. The available modulator is the Phase Modulator (PM), which is supplied by a carrier signal of frequency 100 kHz, with a maximum modulation index of 0.2 radians. Design a wideband FM transmitter based on the indirect method to transmit audio signals containing frequencies in the range of 100 Hz to 15 kHz. The design must use only two oscillators. One is the crystal oscillator, and another is the RF oscillator generating the 100 kHz and 9 MHz frequencies respectively. There is no constraint in terms of the budget, so you can add the circuit to ensure a better signal to noise ratio advantage when the signal reaches the receiver.
