Given the highly competitive nature of the industry and the developments in online purchasing and social media marketing, the marketing department plays an important role in the growth and success of Smart Eco Vet (Pty) Ltd. The marketing department consists of the following subsections, each with its own manager:
the marketing research and application development section
the social media and email marketing section
the promotions and product release section
the retail marketing and online purchases section
the client services section
Interviews are being scheduled with the different sectional managers to obtain information on the functioning of each of these sections.
