Solutions I can understand how difficult it must be for the team member who said she cannot join us in the meetings due to excessive workload. However, there are some solutions that I think might help her and they are as follows: Difficult Employees: As a first step, I would take their feedback regarding their attitude and dissatisfaction with their work, me (as a boss), and the organization. Then I would let them know that this is crucial so that they understand the repercussions of their misbehaviors. Lastly, I would like to ask if they can file a report with the Human Resources department, which might help with the problem. If the employees continue to be disrespectful in the future after the meeting, they must be reported immediately. I, personally, will not hire or keep an employee that does not respect his own organization. Such employees create a negative impact on their coworkers, and they might even motivate some of them to start behaving in the same way.
