The literature on entrepreneurship shows that minority groups across the world become successful entrepreneurs compared to those in majority. This is as true for racial minorities as it is for refugees. Locally, Malawian of Asian origin as well as refugees such as those from Burundi have made the mark among the successful minority entrepreneurs.

Using at least two relevant schools of thought under the Macro and Micro views of Entrepreneurship, critically analyse the factors leading to successful entrepreneurship among any three minority groups in Malawi. In your analysis consider at least two factors under each minority group, and clearly generate two key lessons from the factors, which may encourage the growth of an entrepreneurial culture in Malawi
