The Maldonados agreed to purchase a microwave for $900 as the result of a sales offer they received via the internet which was followed up by a telephone call and home visit from Appliances R Us, a vendor. The vendor offered to finance the purchase, and charged a financing fee plus sales taxes, bringing the total purchase to $1,234. The Maldonados received possession of the microwave and made payments totaling $823.74. After the Maldonados saw an ad at Lews Appliance Store selling the same microwave for $350 (the maximum retail value of the microwave), they brought a suit in New Jersey court requesting the Appliance R Us contract be declared unconscionable under the UCC. The Court should

1. Require the Maldonados to pay the full price of the contract they negotiated because a contract is a contract

2. Declare the contract unconscionable and force Appliances R Us out of business for being so shady

3. Declare the contract unconscionable and reform the unconscionable contract to limit the amount owed by the Maldonados to Appliances R Us to the amount actually paid by the Maldonados

4. Give Lews Appliances a commendation for selling goods at the market price
