One day after Monroes left for vacation, a crew from HomeDepot came to the house and began to put aluminum siding on the Monroe house. When Mr. Monroe returned from vacation, the entire front of the house had been aluminum-sided. The foreman asked, "Mr. Fox, how do you like the job?" Mr. Monroe replied that he loved the job, but he did not know Mr. Fox. The foreman confirmed the address and quickly realized he was not at 801 N. Palmetto Ave. Inorder to compensate him for the work he had done, the Forman demanded payment from the Mr. Monroe. Using IRAC determine whether Mr. Monroe is required to pay for the work done
