The new york yankees are moving to Boston next month and there are many shops outside where the Yankees are supposed to play. Smith wanted to rent a shop that is right across where they play to sell Merchandise. Jones offered Smith a price of $5000 per month which Smith agreed to pay. Before Smith signed the lease, Smith told the landlord that he cant rent out shops to people that want to sell the same products Smith intends to sell. Jones agreed. The day they signed the contract this wasnt in the contract, however they both signed it. The day before the Yankees were supposed to move to boston they decided not to move to boston anymore.
