The newFirstHalf$()$ method takes in two parameters: one double array and one double. newFirstHalf$()$ returns a new array reference where each element of the first half is the double parameter and the second half contains the same elements as the second half of the array parameter. Call newFirstHalf$()$ with startingNumbers and changeNum as arguments and assign outputNumbers with the returned array reference.
