Your assignment this week is to use one page to tell me if you think laws are able to help combat the increase in hate speech (i.e. can the government help?), you can also address whether you think the government shouldn'ttry to help (maybe you think it shouldn't). This assignment may be very personal, and you can feel free to also include about your personal experience. But your response does not need to be personal.
