Throughout this course, we have examined in depth the process of strategic leadership and the various elements that make strategic leadership effective. The paper is a culmination of knowledge gained the foundation for this paper comes from a strategic leadership development plan presented. 

 

How would you describe the development of an effective strategic leadership plan, including the following points/sections?

• A clear and inclusive definition of strategic leadership
• Identify and discuss the attributes/capacities of a strategic leader
• Include Change Theory in the discussion
• Discuss how psychological contract and psychodynamic leadership weaves into the plan
• Provide a personal application of this plan in a work setting an how one would utilize this plan
