The Ohio Real Estate Commission has suspended a sole brokers license. All agents licensed with that broker shall

A. have their licenses suspended on the effective date of the suspension of the brokers license.

B. have their licenses automatically transferred to another broker of their choice, on the date of the revocation or suspension of the brokers license.

C. place their licenses on deposit with the Commission on the effective date of revocation or suspension of the brokers license.

D. have their licenses inactivated ten days after the effective date of the revocation or suspension of the brokers license.
