The process i choose is coaching our scheduling team for the company im employed with. There are a bunch of improvements that i truly feel can take place so that the work load is a bit easier and less time consumed. We have to at least submit 15 submissions which means we have to listen to audio, then do two different forms and coach everyone involved. We have to also contact their mangers. The calls can atleast take up to 30 mins some a hour. However i feel like this can be managed and adjusted with the correct tools and team
