The Selection Program, in report style, should include:

  1. An executive summary
  2. Introduction
  3. Overview of the Recruitment and Selection process (consider using a diagram or flowchart)
  4. Job Analysis information - Job Description and Job Specification (extensive information).
  5. Identification of Relevant Job Performance Measures (i.e., what constitutes success in the Senior Teacher I Position)
  6. Identification of the characteristics for Senior Teacher I- i.e., the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) necessary for the job
  7. Recruitment Strategy - provide an overview of the recruitment methods considered, a description of what method/s have been chosen and the rationale for the choice.
