The purpose of this assessment is to explore a complex business research problem that is affecting all organisations across Australia. Particularly, issues pertaining to the effective demonstration of commitment to create meaningful opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through internal and external practices of the organisation. As this is a group-based assessment you are expected to deliver on two major tasks: First, you are required to choose one of the research questions provided below and select an organisation (choice of organisation can be motivated by either a company you are working for or are interested to work with in the future) and apply its context through a business research process by identifying and defining the problem through one of the practical issues concerning business, environmental, social and governance principles. The second part of this assessment requires you to deliver a set of practical recommendations to 'senior management' explaining 'how and why' - the current practices of the organisation can progress and advance the Reconciliation Action Plan of Australia
