The purpose of this proposed Qualitative pragmatic inquiry is to identify and explore effective strategies and processes that managers in small and medium-sized enterprises develop and implement to optimize supply chain management performance. The target population will comprise managers in the small and medium-sized enterprises located in the Southwest, Littoral, and Central regions of Cameroon who have developed effective strategies for preventing and mitigating the effects of external supply chain management disruptors. According to Yuxiao et al. (2022), The implication for positive social change is that the effective management of SC disruptors like structural information sharing, cognitive shared value, and business relationship commitment positively affect supply chain performance by enabling business expansion benefiting citizens and their communities
