What are your expectations for this course? I expect it is going to be challenging. I expect this is the nal hurdle I must jump to obtain my degree. I expect it will show me if I can properly apply what I have learned in a real scenario. It will also help me to decide if I want to move out of my Executive Assistant role and into a more project management role. This has been a long journey and I've worked very hard to be here. What experience have you had, either academically or professionally, with the concepts presented in the course? I have gained substantial knowledge and condence through the years while obtaining this degree. I haven't had a lot of opportunity to apply the concepts I've learned professionally but from time to time I was asked to lead various ad hoc projects in Human Resources. It was rewarding to use what I'd learned in class hands-on. What do yon see as being your greatest challenge? My biggest challenge will be staying focused. There are a lot of distractions happening in my life professionally as I've started a new job. I am also concerned with selecting the right company. It is the one decision will either make or break me this term. What do yon anticipate will provide the rnost benefit? I believe having feedback from my fellow classmates will be of the most benet to me. My anxiety is through the roof right now! I know we are all in this together. I want these weeks to y by and prayerfully I end the term all my hair and all by friends
