The Real Estate Authority has identified obligations that a licensee must comply with to meet Rule 5.1 Real Estate Act (Professional Conduct and Client Care) Rules 2012.

5.1 A licensee must exercise skill, care, competence, and diligence at all times when carrying out real estate agency work.

REQUIRED:

Create a checklist that may assist a newly qualified Real Estate licensee to assist him or her to remember the obligations.

Include a warning at the bottom of the checklist of possible offences if the obligations are not complied with.
