The research consisted of a program consisting of 30 enrolled participants, or the intervention group, as well as 30 participants who were waitlisted, also known as the comparison group. Each probation officer completed a survey, which asked questions about employment. The research showed that 83% of participants in the intervention group were employed (either full time or part time) and of the comparison group, 45% were employed. It was determined that the difference in findings was highly significant (Walden, 2022)
