Consequently, the institution has instigated a series of strategic initiatives and programs designed to stimulate and foster innovative problem-solving and inventive cognition within its personnel. An example of such an endeavor is the FEVS, which features inquiries regarding incentives for originality and ingenuity. This poll aids the government in gauging its effectiveness in promoting and incentivizing innovation. Sladi (2019) wrote, "It is important that the organization establish a way of rewarding that largely encourages employees to be innovative." Productivity rises, the author argued, as a consequence of increased employee satisfaction. Swiatek (2014) corroborates this proposition by suggesting, "Awards and prizes are designed to encourage creativity."
