The study aims to assess the contribution of NGP implementation on the forest cover in Zamboanga Peninsula.

Specifically, theresearcher will seek to answer the following questions:

1. What is the profile of the respondent in terms of:
   1. age
   2. sex
   3. civil status
   4. highest educational attainment
   5. profession
   6. religion
   7. ethnic orientation
2. What is the extent of the contribution of NGP implementation on the forest cover in Zamboanga Peninsula as perceived by the respondents in terms of the following activities, to wit;
   1. seedling production;
   2. site preparation, planting, and care of plantations; and
   3. hiring of manpower to validate the plantations?
3. Is there a significant difference between the responses of the respondents on theextent of the contribution of NGP implementation on the forest cover in Zamboanga Peninsula?
4. Based on the findings, what are the recommendations of the author to enhance the implementation of NGP towards its contribution on the forest cover in Region IX?
5. Hypothesis
6. Ho: There is no significant difference between the responses of the respondents on the extent of the contribution of NGP implementation on the forest cover in Zamboanga Peninsula?
