This was a very successful project and the craysh multiplied. The rumour about the "crayfish lake" spreads in the area. and one year Mats nds a man on his lake shing crayfish. Mats tells the man to leave and return all craysh he has caught to Mats, while the man responds that the craysh are wild animals and that he is allowed to keep them. Discuss from an economic perspective different solutions to this problem from an economic perspective. Please note that the answer should not focus on the actual solution under Swedish law, but how different legal systems can solve this conict. (10p) Mats has also entered into a contract with his neighbour under which he has agreed to buy several cows from the neighbour. Mats has a bull which he thinks will be perfect match for these cows to produce livestock and that it will be possible to sell such livestock for a very good price. On the day that they had agreed that Mats could collect the cows, the neighbour calls and tells Mats that neighbour's wife has decided that she cannot hear to sell the cows and they have decided to keep them.
