The third evaiuation is to determine staff scheduling. Due to customer compiaints of slow service nding a new solution for staff scheduies would be great in hopes to rectify the problem. Optimization in workforce scheduling is useful as it helps schedule employee work: times to provide the best experience. The variable wouici be the number of existing workers. Constraints, ernpioyees required, available, and hours in the work week. Lasy, 'le obiective function is the total numbers of employees needed.
