XYZ is a local restaurant that currently serves predominantly Guyanese food. It is located at a popular Santa Rosa area where most of the staff and patrons are from the surrounding Amerindian communities.

Owner, Mr. Simon, wants to transform the current restaurant to a 5-star restaurant by improving the presentation of the authentic local cuisine and introduce some new menus inspired by international meals so that patrons have a wider choice of meals. He also wants the restaurant to be known for high efficiency and excellent service. He is particularly concerned about communication and how service is experienced by Indigenous People.

T&D Consulting has been asked to present a proposal for a training design to achieve the strategic objectives mentioned above and specifies that the proposal must include a training needs assessment and a training evaluation method.
