It does, however, allow expediting fees or grease payments, or payments to officials to get them to do what they are supposed to do, if it is the local custom to do so. Yet some firms refuse to pay these legal forms of payments. Give some solid business-oriented reasons why grease payments are not in the best interest of the firm.
