The Waterfall methodology caters very well to a construction type of project. The Lord commanded Noah to build an ark and take his family and two of every living thing into it (Genesis 6:14-22and 7:1-10). This was no small feat, as the ark is estimated to be 500 feet long and 75 feet wide, and Noah wasn't known to be a shipbuilder.

Question: If you were the project manager for this, what items would you include in the scope statement? What were the project constraints - costs, time, resources, etc?
