There are four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard - Financial, Customer/Stakeholder, Internal Business Processes and Learning and Growth. This assignment requires you to design a Balanced Scorecard for the organization that you are studying this semester. There must be at least 4 indicators per category. Define the indicator and measure of performance expected by the organization. This are two parts to this assignment: Visual overview and an a narrative that you would communicate to the senior leaders explaining your design. The narrative should be no longer than one page.
