There are many ethical theories or philosophies that we use. Collins (ch. 5) explains six and begins encourage you to consider how these drive employees' and managers' decisions within a training context.

These six include:

1. Egoism
2. Social Group Relativism
3. Cultural Relativism
4. Deontology
5. Virtue Ethics
6. Utilitarianism (do not use for this discussion)

Please choose one of the five (not utilitarianism) and explain why this theory is important and how leaders or managers can use it to persuade employees or guide their decision-making process(es) when training. Please do not simply rely on our textbook and Find at least one reputable source to strengthen your arguments. Though using anecdotes may help, you are not required to do so.
