The company that I will be using for this discussion is Facebook Inc.The future risks and concerns which Facebook Inc. may face in future, are as follows:

Handling privacy concerns of the customers, in the times of technology evolution, can be quite challenging for Facebook.

2020 has been marked by Coronavirus pandemic. There is high probability that the future will be marked by similar pandemics. In such a scenario, maintaining the safety and well-being of the employees and stakeholders can be a high-priority concern for the company.

The rising risk of cyber attacks and malwares affects the business of Facebook all the time.

I would like asking the Board of the company, the following questions, to address the above-mentioned risks:

How is the company preparing its business model to manage the technology risks, which it may face in future?
