Describe at least live (5) events and note the year in which each event occurred. Write a four (4) to five (5) page reflection paper. The paper should he written at four levels of reflective analysis: Discover the theme or themes. Review the turning points you identified, and then answer the questions below.
• Is there a pattern that gets repeated? What is it?

• What common threads arc woven through the tapestry of your life?

• W ha t two or three themes arc being played out in these moments?

• What are the ideals that attract you?

• What arc the dreams that inspire you?

• What is unique about your pattern and the manner in which you have followed this path?

• What does all this tell you about what you care most about?

• What arc the higher-order values that give meaning and purpose to your life and work?

• What do you want to accomplish? Why is it important to you? How will accomplishing your goals contribute to the long-term well-being of your organization or to society?

Project the future. Imagine that five (or ten) years from now, you are being interviewed for an article about your accomplishments and contributions.
