Cultural group refers to a group of individuals that share a common race, ethnicity, patterns of behaviour, and values.

Name at least one (1) major cultural group in your workplace or classroom.

Identify at least one tradition and at least one practice demonstrated in the workplace by the cultural group you identified. Refer to the following guidance:

• Traditions refer to customs and beliefs shared and passed down in a cultural group through generations.
• Cultural practices refer to customary behaviours and ways of doing things that are specific to a cultural group
