this activity is designed to show the level of detail that might be necessary to break down steps of a specific job task and to teach a employment seeker how to master that task. When considering steps of a given task we often forget steps because we take for granted that somebody already knows. For example, we may forget to instruct a person to run warm water as a step in washing one's face. The result might be using water that is too cold or hot. Ideally session presenters should have enough shoes, t-shirts, and paper / envelopes and blindfolds available so the activity can be done hands on.
