This course provided a broad overview of management, including the $4$ primary functions of planning, organizing, leading and controlling. We learned about strategic planning, decision making, organizational culture, innovation, leadership, motivating employees, managing teams, influence, communications and control functions. We studied several tools such as SWOT analysis, balanced scorecards, emotional intelligence and personality surveys.
